YEPP Europe is working for youth and community empowerment in urban and rural areas and supports the YEPP Community through mentorship, training and theme-specific programmes in the field of youth and community. We build our expertise on the Youth Empowerment Partnership Programme (YEPP) which was implemented in a number of European countries in 2001-2011 and transformed into present-day YEPP Europe. One of the main goals of “YEPP” is to promote social inclusion of disadvantaged groups in Europe. One of the key principles is that young people are seen as a driving force in their community to bring about positive local change. They work together with local stakeholders, such as NGOs, schools, business representatives and local authorities. They are guided by experienced youth and community workers through the ongoing process of analysis, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation – the YEPP Cycle of Change.

The “YEPP” approach and methodology is being implemented in the YEPP Community Network of more than 100 communities in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Ireland, Italy, Finland, Germany, Poland and Slovakia.
